At Tonic VPS, we strive to provide reliable, high-performance cloud infrastructure and transparent billing practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

2. General Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all payments made to Tonic VPS are non-refundable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

3. KVM VPS Services

KVM VPS services are non-refundable once the service has been successfully provisioned and login credentials have been delivered.

If Tonic VPS is unable to provision or deliver your ordered VPS, and no comparable replacement service can be provided within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

  • KVM VPS after successful provisioning
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • Software licenses (including cPanel, DirectAdmin, Windows, CloudLinux, etc.)
  • Additional IPv4 addresses
  • Setup fees
  • Backup services
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Custom services

5. Abuse & Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued if your account or service is suspended or terminated due to violations of our:

  • Terms of Service
  • Acceptable Use Policy
  • Applicable laws

This includes, but is not limited to: Spam, Malware, Phishing, DDoS attacks, Network abuse, Copyright infringement, Fraudulent activity, or Illegal content.

6. Chargebacks

Customers must contact our Billing Department before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Account termination
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Recovery of associated chargeback fees where permitted by law

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please submit a billing ticket through the Client Area with:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant supporting information

Our Billing Team will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Changes to This Policy

Tonic VPS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.
